These Terms of Service govern your use of dyessdigital.com and your engagement with Dyess Digital for web design services. By contacting us or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Dyess Digital provides custom website design and development for small businesses. Our services include:
We offer free demo websites at no obligation. A demo is a functional website built to showcase what your site could look like. You are under no obligation to purchase after viewing a demo. If you choose not to proceed, the demo will be taken down within 30 days.
By requesting a demo, you grant us permission to use publicly available information about your business (name, location, services, photos from your website or social media) to build the demo.
Paid projects require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion and approval. Payment is processed through Stripe.
Refunds are available if a project is cancelled before the final design is delivered. Once final files and site access are transferred, no refunds are issued. We stand behind our work — if something isn't right, we fix it.
Upon receipt of full payment, you own the final website files and content we've created for your project. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Stock assets, fonts, and third-party libraries may be subject to their own licenses, which we'll disclose when applicable.

Dyess Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or issues caused by third-party hosting providers, domain registrars, or services outside our control.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued engagement with our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
